A: All meet-ups are recorded and will be available to you in the members’ area, so you can catch up at your convenience.
Q: How do I access the exclusive perks for membership milestones? A: As you reach membership milestones, such as 3 months or 6 months, you’ll receive an email notification with details on how to claim your exclusive perks.
Q: Is there a cancellation policy?
A: You can cancel your membership at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
Q: I’m not sure if I’ll like it. What should I do? A: If you want to trial the membership, purchase a £15/month option. If you don’t like it, cancel before the end of the month and you’ve only spent £15. We don’t refund for change of mind, so don’t choose a longer plan.
