How Decoded works

2. Decode. Six weeks of guided workbook exercises to apply those insights to your real working life, covering what suits you, the patterns holding you back, money, visibility and the possibilities worth considering.
3. Your Next Direction. A personal recorded reading at the end, bringing together everything you’ve uncovered into realistic directions, timing and a practical 30-day plan.
